That is the challenge of blm tho. on paper, the rotation can be mapped out fairly easily, but it can be quite a bit tougher in practice.

Learn the fights so you can plan out when to use/refresh enoch (phase changes dictate whether you'll want to reuse it completely when it comes off CD, or just refresh it). pre-position where will allow for the absolute minimum movement. work out which moves, if any, you can just take with wall/ward, they can eliminate some movement. when you have no choice, and HAVE to move, procs/swiftcast/AM are there to help, and again you should be planning on when these will be needed, and mapping out your CDs accordingly

blm is a lot of fun, but there's much more to it than just hammering out fire IVs. Sophia Ex is annoying, not really because of the movement, which you can get in any fight, but imo because of the phase pushes largely occurring at different times, it's hard to plan out your CDs.

My fire IV record is 22.5k. ast gave me a balance in a9s opener, I critted twice back to back for this amount, stole hate through QS, and quickly died lol

It's really not hard to plan out your CDs, you can tell when the phase pushes are coming based on the boss %. In fact, the only push I have seen that depends on that, is the Quasar right after the add phase, and again, you can tell if it's going to push that or not even before the add phase.

Manawall + SCH Deployment Aldo. works great on the Gnosis, allowing you to cast freely without having to worry about movement at all during the opener and later on into the fight when she does it again after Dischordant Damnation(assuming you have no vuln. stacks, otherwise it will stick knock you back even with Manawall+Aldo).

You can also cancel out the sliding with using AM at the right time, similar to how it was in Leviathan/Sephirot/A3S Washaways. It's really handy and allows you to cast faster than you would otherwise especially if you don't have a proc/swiftcast ready.

Could just slidecast like a pro and if you have to move your bacon go throw out a Scathe or something or time up casts with when you need to move or use AM to warp to a bum.
