    I dont expect you to help me. I expect the GM to do that. Specific information about my issue or account are not relevant to anyone but the parties involved. The GMs have access to that and they have my detailed complaint tickets. I just need them to respond, to me. Since they havent i'm here to state publicly the fact that may be relevant to others: that tickets are not being responded to in a timely manner.

    Well you have a very low chance of getting a response from a GM or community rep here as this is forum is mostly just peer to peer support.

    LMAO, what attitude? You're just being nosy and opinionated.

    Maybe he's a competent player who knows the game pretty well and knows the only possible solution is with a GM's help... Your assumption is the thread is a cry for help from the community. The thread is actually a complaint about GM's not responding to tickets.

    GM's aren't the issue. In the time since you posted this issue I've had two tickets submitted and resolved within 24 hours of them being submitted.

    Time to start looking elsewhere for the blame my friend.
