    Ugh I was expecting the name shame warning from people but hoping it wouldn't pop up.. Editing the pics on phone is going to be annoying.

    Lol I don't understand why bots/non-living PCs are counted as people O.o

    It's mostly to do with Square covering for themselves so that there's no mistakes made when going through reports and investigations. Anyone can just post a pic of a player name and say "they're a bot cause I saw it!", which leads to witch hunting and all sorts of nasty business. Ergo, it's just less of a hassle for Square to enforce the no shaming rule rather than dealing with drama fallout. And this policy is used quite often in other forums. So even if the image clearly shows someone botting, it's just less of a hassle to simply not post names everywhere and just go through the proper channels.
