Hello. Here is an example of the issue I'm currently having. I recently came back from a six-nine month break and I was working on my relic quest. I had done Sastasha HM and was about to unlock the Hullbreaker HM as suggested by a friend for some gear. Well, as I was trying to unlock Hullbreaker HM I found that all the HM unlock quest have been reset. I now have the Sastasha HM quest to unlock the dungeon, even though I just did it yesterday. So according to my quest I shouldn't have been able to do Sastasha HM, but I did.

Did you turn in the quest after you did the dungeon? You need to speak to whoever gave you the first quest usually.

No because I didn't have the quest when I did the dungeon. I didn't get the quest until after I did the dungeons for my weapon. I did these quest well over a year ago, so I don't know why they are marked as not done all of a sudden.
