I don't think the chemistry "When at or above a duty's recommended level, EXP earned is increased by 10%" properly applies when adding squadron mission EXP. One of my squadron with this chemistry was at 25650 EXP through level 56, when I added 37500 EXP to them and 3 others using the squadron mission EXP. The other 3 are right as per the squadron roster, but the member with the chemistry is at 66900, while the tool only has them at 63150.

Hello - I'm running into an issue with squadron ordering and chemistry. Well, 2 issues, but they're intertwined with each other.

The ordering of my squadron members appears to revert to some pre-determined order (as in, not the order I set) if I don't touch the site for a few days. However, the chemistries remain in the correct order in terms of slots. So this means my squad members' chemistries get desynced from each other, and I need to manually fix it every week or so.

So for example, last week my squadron was ordered: Cecily, Raelthota, Cilia, Seserikku, Khorchi, Crilde, Kehda'to Moui, Kelmomo.
Today when I visited the site, the order was instead: Cecily, Kehda'to Moui, Kelmomo, Raelthota, Cilia, Seserikku, Khorchi, Crilde.

The chemistries were still tied to the slot from last week. So for example, Raelthota was in slot 2 last week. Her chemistry is still on slot 2 this week, but she is not, so Raelthota's chemistry has effectively moved to Kehda'to Moui instead (since he is on slot 2 this week).
