Fishing gathering fatigue not working properly

Fishing gathering fatigue obviously not recovering properly. Randomly the catching rate drops to something like 15%, even after several days without fishing and only fishing in guildleves.

Steps:
1: Start Soup for the Troup levequest.
2: Go fish.
3: After around 6-7 guildleves the catch rate drops drastically.

Here some extra info:

a) I only fish in leves.
b) I only do leves if i have guardian aspect and invoke it in every leve. So, to keep this going i only fish every 3-4 days.
c) I know how to fish and use the proper depth and bait for the area.
d) I occasionally do other gathering types and never had this issue with them.


This said, it's not possible to fishing gathering fatigue to be working properly...it can't get into effect this fast and take over 4 days to recover. It started after 1.19 so might be something that was changed there.

I'm posting it here because is tremendously annoying having to waste over 15 baits to do a leve i've been doing for 9 levels (since lv35), know it perfectly and never took me more than 3 bites from leve fish to complete...it's completely stupid you doing everything right and, for some reason, fishes starting getting away and a catch rate that was near 100% dropping to something like 15%.

I don't know what you guys did (and don't really care) but, if it was some countermeasure to bots or whatever then it should never affect levequests. This kind of stuff not only do not affect bots (since they are not there and they care very little if they can reel every fish or only 10% of the bites) but also is tremendously disgusting to serious players that just want to play the game...heck! I don't even fish outside leves exactly to not have fatigue during them...and now i'm losing like 500 EXP per leve because leves that i often finished in 2-3 minutes now are taking 15-20 minutes to complete because i need to hook 10 fishes for every catch.

Please fix it ASAP!

It was just alleviated, not removed. And if they did remove, even worse then!
