Brendt, Brennan, & Bremondt triple triad card

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, not sure where best to post it.

I was surprised that this card isn't part of the Scions faction, as from their story appearances they seem to clearly be a part of them? At least to the same degree as F'lhaminn or Coultenet.

Is this an error, or have I mistaken their role in the story?

They are just three independent merchant that have crossed paths with the Scions on occasion. By comparison, F'lhaminn takes care of the "housework" in the Rising Stones, and Coultenet joined the Scions alongside Hoary Boulder during the 2.x story. Coultenet and Hoary have gone on mission for the Scions on multiple occasions already.

They stayed in the Waking Sands for some time though, and were then quickly on hand for the Before the Fall events, trusted with exceptional secrets considering the circumstances. Iirc when spoken to in the Waking Sands they said something along the lines of keeping an eye on the adventurers they transport, to see who might be worth bringing to the scion's attention?

Strickly speaking they are Merchants that trade and supply the Scions but they aren't Scions themselves.
