Eternal Bonding Bug

Greetings Support Team,

I contacted the In-Game Support for this already, but they send me here after their suggestion on how to fix it didn't work. The Problem is i wish to marry someone, but the Ceremony Outfitter won't let me proceed with the quest. "Unable to obtain. You already possess one of that unique Item", is the message I always receive. My partner linked me all the items he has gotten from that quest and i have none of those.

Steps:
1. Talking to the Ceremony Outfitter
2. "Unable to obtain. You already possess one of that unique item"
3. I have tripple checked my inventory, my armoire and my retainers and i honestly don't know what item she means.

I have checked for the Promise of Devotion, the only one i have is the one i need to have equipped. I do not have any Eternity Rings, so i am honestly at a loss.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

Do a /isearch for Passion and Devotion. If you have any of the pieces of the passion or devotion sets (the clothes, not the wristlet), you need to get rid of them first, as the quest is trying to give them to you.
