Achievement "Triple Team V" bugged?

Greetings dear Support-Team,

I did contact Ingame Support due to the achievement "Triple Team V" not triggering and got redirected to this forum.


Time: Saturday, 8.10.2016 around 6 p.m. MEST
Frequency: Always
World name: Ragnarok
Character name: Irael Lutus
Retainer name: N/A
NPC name: N/A
Monster name: N/A
Class/Level: Ninja/60
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: 11:55 a.m.
Area and coordinates: N/A
Housing: N/A
Steps:
1. I played Triple Triad against various NPCs for the achievement "Triple Team V" and cards they can "drop"
2. After i challenged and beat every NPC, except Master Mogzin due to missing reputation, i noticed the achievements counter still said "58/60 Unique NPCs beaten"
3. I double checked every NPC there is and rechallenged NPCs i wasn't a 100% sure about

Ingame Support said this might be due to Tataru Taru no longer being challengable in her previous appearances in Patch 2.55 and Patch 3.0

There some npc that don't count for the achievements I can't who are they

Any npc that don't have the triple triad mark don't count towards those achievements.

There are 61 challengable NPCs in the game right now (not counting Tataru Taru) and I challenged and beat everyone but Master Mogzin of the Moogle Beast Tribe. As I stated in steps: I double checked every single NPC and even rechallenged (and beat) some of them who used to have that "Triple Triad mark" - but the counter stays unchanged.

Same issue here; only that I have not defeated VAth Deftarm (instred of Master Mogzin). Except I have 59/60 recorded.
