Heya,

So, ever since the release of 3.4, Weeping City has been horrible for me. Everything (be it on boss fights or trash mobs) would freeze and later on speed up, then freeze again, and speed up again, blah blah, making the fights...unplayable.
Before 3.4, this was not happening. Weeping City is the only place where I experience such lag, everywhere else seems fine, and when I check my internet, every page loads just fine, etc.

So what is the cause of it? I would rather not use WTFast or things of the kind, everything worked just fine without these, before.
I had hope the Hotfixes would fix this issue, but they have yet to do anything.
