Then by the time you teleport and /housing again, "301 apartments, 0 cottages, 0 medium, 0 mansion." Look I get the struggle for finding houses but right now it's all equally hard and those that want to dedicate the time to scouring the wards will reap the reward. Coerthas housing should be instanced but I somewhat doubt it will be. They would have to design it from the ground up and while not impossible, the apartments (FC rooms) are not giving me much hope.
