Just a simple housing function request

For people wanting a house, how about /housing?

The concept is simple:

When typed, it would display something along these lines:

"There are (300) apartments available, 2 cottages, 1 house, and 4 mansions"

Then when combining /housing cottage or mansions, it would narrow it down further to "3 in mists, 1 in goblet"

Or you could type /housing mists for it to display "50 apartments 1 house 3 mansions" etc etc

This in effect would make house hunting less stressful for people trying to get a home. Probably add this feature when we finally have the capability of moving/upgrading your house or even when we finally get Coerthas housing.

Return answer 99.9% of the time would go like this: "300 apartments, 0 cottages, 1 medium (Goblet), 0 large". Then by the time you teleport and /housing again, "301 apartments, 0 cottages, 0 medium, 0 mansion." Look I get the struggle for finding houses but right now it's all equally hard and those that want to dedicate the time to scouring the wards will reap the reward. Coerthas housing should be instanced but I somewhat doubt it will be. They would have to design it from the ground up and while not impossible, the apartments (FC rooms) are not giving me much hope.
