Final FANtasy festival, shut out?

I live in Las Vegas and play FFXIV every day. I just heard about this festival for the first time and would have liked to go. Since I live in Las Vegas, it's so super convenient for me! I could literally WALK there! But apparently, all the tickets were sold out within hours of it going on sale!!! Is there no way I could go and have fun? Is the whole festival blocked from the outside? Is there anything I could do there without a ticket, or even pay at the door or something? I feel like I missed a big chance

This is no different then any other concert or festival in history ever. If you are really desperate you can sit outside the venue and offer someone oodles of money or .... favors.

There is a saying for these type of things and all that...
