Hello everyone! I plan on buying a new computer next week and was wondering if this is a good one to start with. I'm on a budget and wanted to start with something that could play the game on at least medium settings while I upgraded necessary parts. What do y'all think?

Depends on the price. Also, I don't like that AMD CPU. I have one myself and I'm regretting not having bought Intel instead. The reason is simple; yes, the CPU is cheaper, but it gets hot easily, getting over it's temp limit with a boxed cooler. So you have to spend more on an aftermarket one - and a big one at that, which possibly won't fit into your case anymore -> new case needed. Another point to think about is power consumption, AMD CPUs are hot AND power hungry, which makes the more expensive in the long run.

The mainboard matters a lot, too. If what you list is a pre-built system, then chances are they are going to save money on the mobo, potentially crippling your system. As an example, my AMD board has a SB750 chipset, once i turn that one on, my windows boot takes me 30 seconds more to complete.

My MSAA is @ 4x and I've got no performance issues with a 260GTX, which is an older card

It is a wonderful heatsink. I overclocked a phenom II x4 from 3.4 to 3.6 ghz and it runs a wonderful 48c :3
