    You can always did what I did with shadows; turn them down. Having them full effect to me made it look to unnatural. What I mean is this. In real life sure you have a basic outline of a shadow but it's NEVER perfect along the edges. So I turned mine down so I can still see them but it gives this really cool rough more "realistic" effect. Just a thought.

    Yeah, but AO is all about realistic shadows, so if you turn them down, you can as well turn AO off
