Alternatively, I do have a PS4 as well, which I'd like to use because of a more steady framerate... But I have no good setup to comfortably use a keyboard and mouse on it, not to mention redoing gearsets every single time I do use it...

You need to lower a setting or two. There's no reason your rig can't run the game better than a PS4.

I don't have the specs, but I can run the game on highest graphics at 50-60 fps outside of dungeons and 60 fps inside dungeons.

Spent about $700 on the computer.

Use a 65" TV as my monitor and run 4k at 60 FPS. Only get the occasional dip to mid 50s in graphic heavy areas.

Consistent 60 FPS in all instances, even 24 mans where particle effects are filling the screen. Only places I get any noticeable slowdown are Idyllshire and, strangely, the Steps of Nald, when my camera is facing the Quicksand.

I run ~100 FPS at 1440p in most areas at max settings, with HBAO and AA off. I drop to ~75 FPS when I use 1 GTX 970 instead of SLI.
