I don't believe there's any hard evidence either way at present. Has anyone analysed the movement of the stars at night over several days? If they have a static pattern in their movements each night then you could argue that you're looking at a geocentric system, but that might also just be a case of game design trumping lore.
This has led me to consider something I'd not thought of until now though (3.4 spoilers)!
The reflections of the source; are they reflections of just Hydaelyn or the entire cosmology? When the inhabitants of the First look out at the sky at night are they seeing the same stars as us or different ones? If Midgardsormr is an alien life form then is he potentially unique to the Source?
