    Steps:
    1. Turned on Collectible Synthesis
    2. Started synthing an Opal Ring of Slaying
    3. Synth results was a HQ item instead of a collectible
    4. Tried turning Collectible Synthesis off & on again twice, tried synth again with the same result.
