Been getting class change penalties in a leve without changing classes :(

I haven't tried leves that are lower than me in a while, so I couldn't tell you with complete certainty.

Didnt read the thread in full yet, but yes.
Doing Lv30 leves as a Lv40, no matter how many stars you make it, will lower your exp reward. (As stupid as it is, raising the stars should give MORE not less.)

It does gives more if you raised your stars, it only gives less because you are no longer on optimal level.

your rewards are based upon your base level. So if you are level 40 you must do quests from the level 40 pool in order to get the full reward. Has been like this for about 6 months now.
