People don't know how to take criticism anymore, and bad play is rewarded with with a coddling mentality. Yes, this is a casual game for the most part - that doesn't mean people need to walk on eggshells in fear of getting reported for pointing out things. This whole 'please don't say anything even slightly negative' mentality that we seem to be going towards and the devs seemingly pushing towards it is creating a disturbing trend.
ill say samurai, red mage and rune fencer.

I could be wrong, but didn't the last fan-fest had Yoshi P simply teased the upcoming jobs, but never shown them yet?
I remember him wearing a batman t-shirt and that lead to Dark Knight speculation. Another was him wearing a 007 shirt and that lead to a Gunner/ gadget user job speculation.
Pretty sure this. I don't think the jobs were actually confirmed until later??I could be wrong, but didn't the last fan-fest had Yoshi P simply teased the upcoming jobs, but never shown them yet?

They heavily teased Dark Knight at the first Vegas FanFest. Pretty much Yoshi-P had announced HW would have several new jobs. At one of the panels Battle director Mitsutoshi Gondai mentioned wanting to wear a batman t-shirt but wasn't able to find it. Yoshi-P mentioned Nolan's version was his favorite. Then at the live letter where Gondai came out, someone handed him a batman t-shirt.
The official reveal of DRK was at the EU Fanfest a week later. Yoshi-P teased MCH then with a 007 shirt (after taking off a batman shirt) and saying he loved the movie Man with the Golden Gun.
Japan's FanFest revealed Au Ra, AST, and MCH officially.
So if we base it off the 2014/2015 FanFests, we will not see confirmation of new jobs. We'll see a tease for 1 job. Maybe.
Yoshi will walk in, arms crossed, he'll pose for a second before slowly lowering his arms to reveal what's on his t-shirt.
The T-shirt will say "It's Samurai, Red Mage and Dancer."
He'll claim it's just a random t-shirt though.
they can decide to do it differently, they know a lot of people is wanting info about new jobs, i guess they will probably drop one there for calm the mass and make them not riot.
They do need to hold things to announce though. The schedule for the FanFests this time around are spread out more. In 2014, NA Fanfest was in October 17-19; UK FanFest on Oct 25; and JP Fanfest was December 20? 2014.
This time NA Fanfest is October 14-15 2016; JP Fanfest is Dec 24-25 2016; and EU Frankfurt FanFest is February 18-19 2017.
It's quite spread out this time around. Since they use Fanfest to promote and hype stuff, I don't we'll see much for the NA fanfest. If anything, they'll tease a job, but no confirmation.
JP fanfest could hype up the 3.5 patch since it should released by late december ~ January based on patch cycles.
EU taking place February will probably be when they'll talk more about the expansion, maybe even show a trailer.
