All servers have scum. As a player on Leviathan (supposedly a legacy server) but only since 2.2 I have noticed that they do things that are less prevalent than on other servers. Things like using gathering & hunting bots - maybe they think that they've been doing it since 1.0 so they're immune, who knows.

TLR *All* servers have elites but maybe those on legacy servers push the boundaries a bit more.
