    Can we get passives?

    NIN is the only Job with any passives. Anything would be nice.
    Examples:
    DRK - 5% chance to lifesteal 10% damage dealt on hit for all abilities.
    DRG - Can jump 25% higher than other Jobs.
    WHM - Faster combat HP regeneration (self only) comparable to the difference in running speed NIN has.
    WAR - 3% chance that crts will deal an additional 25% damage.
    PLD - 3% chance a block will reflect 10% of incoming damage back at enemy.
    Etc, etc.

    Obviously I haven't done any math and these stated above might break a Job, but why introduce class passives like the ones NIN has and then not give them to anything else?

    To be technical, every job has passives through traits, but the issue is that most of them are flat bonuses or expected advancement, like increase strength by 6, increase base action damage by 20%, or allow the stacking of a third aetherdam. Ninja does have reduced falling damage and faster movement, but so far as I can tell Bard's River of Blood is the only one that affects the actual effectiveness of a job (besides the aforementioned flat bonuses of course).

    I only make this distinction because I would like to see traits/passives that matter to me.
    If WHM had 30% faster HP regeneration outside of battle, I wouldn't care. If WHM had an additional 1% HP regeneration in battle, I would care.
    If MNK gained a tiny speed bonus (same as NIN or fists of wind) permanently, I wouldn't care. If MNK gained a stacking speed bonus with Greased Lightning that amounted to something like sprint, I would care.

    To go further, more traits like BRD's River of blood that play an integral role to playstyle/rotation (and even gearing) would be welcome. I like the examples you proposed and was kinda expecting some kind of traits to be added in Heavensward, but I guess we'll just have to wait until 4.0

    I'm all for passives but I would want it do more than just flat stat bonuses and have actual interactions with the way the jobs play to change the playstyle or make them more active, here are a few examples of the sort of interactions I want to see and while some of them are over the top this is to give you an idea of the sort of things I mean.

    Let me reiterate, these are not what I think should be added to the game, these are examples of the sort of passives I want to see.

    Warrior- Enhanced Stances: full stack of 5 whenever they change to the opposite stance but the stacks can only be used for the stance they change to. I.E. start in deliverance, switch to defiance and gain 5 stacks, but if they switch back to deliverance the stacks are lost.

    Dark Knight-

    Enhanced Dark Passenger: Using Dark Passenger makes the next Dark Arts free
    Enhanced Dark Arts: All moves utilized during Dark Arts (the buff lasts ten seconds) have their MP and TP costs removed, the moves that use the Dark Arts buff for added effects (Souleater, Dark Passenger, etc.) still consume the buff per normal.

    Paladin:

    Enhanced Bulwark: During Bulwark, every block resets the CD of shield swipe.

    Black Mage:

    Enhanced elements: Fire IV and Blizzard IV now give three stacks of Astral Fire/Umbral Ice.

    White Mage:

    Enhanced Cure: A critical cure spell makes your next Stoneskin free and instant cast.

    You get the idea.

    Oh it would definitely be broken but I think adding more ability interaction in the vein of that would be a great way to make the gameplay of the various jobs more interesting.
