Thread Title: Female Roegadyn Clipping through Clothing
This was an issue in 2.2 (I made a bug report back then as well) However the bug in question has been around since then and doesn't seem to be fixed, it is actually getting worse as more gear is introduced.

A lot of clipping involves Dresses or Skirts (like Acolyte skirt) worn with certain gear.
For example Wearing Clothes like Vintage Seneschal Coatee with an Acolyte skirt will cause your characters legs and hips to clip outside your skirt/gear.

New items such as Asuran Hakam of healing also have this clipping issue.

The Clipping is not hard to produce you mainly see it when using emotes or simply moving around sometimes. However you can really see it in action when going into /battlemode with any Astrologian Weapon equip. I provided a few examples below.

However the bug can be reproduced in any location as long as you are wearing the skirt and perform the emotes/movearound/go into battlemode/ or fight

Steps:
1. Put on Acolyte Skirt or and any top that causes the skirt to compress or shrink in shape (best done with Acolyte Skirt and Vintage Seneschal Coatee, can also be reproduced with any skirt and top which ends at the waist instead of the hips)
2. go into battle mode, you should notice character legs passing through the dress.
3. do the actions/emotes, put on an Astrologian weapon go into battle mode, make actions etc.
4. Legs and hips clip through the dress on all of these actions, and probably more.
