The solution to this is a scheduling function.I'm not sure if this would really be a good adition. Imagine this: You make a PF for something that requires 8 people, then you go and run a dungeon. Tweo people join, they go and run seperate dungeons each etc. Your seventh person joined and immidiatly jumps into a dungeon because you have to wait for one more (and potionally some of the other guys, who are in Aqua right now) anyways. Last person joins but you're not good to go for 30 more minutes, because you're waiting on that healer now that just vanished into expert roulette... nope, nope, nope. I already consider it annoying enough to wait for people that are just going "brb quick smoke"
I understand that standing around and doing "nothing" (you can gather, craft, do Fates...) is boring, but waiting til 8 people are ready at the same time is frustrating enough at it is already
They could make a separate PF chat, which would then allow you to tell people "hey, I'm just finishing up a dungeon!" Basically, make it like a separate party. Would be a great QoL feature, I think.
