BRD Suggestion: River of Blood - proc notifier

I don't know if this is the best part of the forum to post this but I guess it will be moved if it isn't.

I've really been enjoying my BRD as I level it as another class to 60 but my hopes were kind of crushed at lvl 48. I was really looking forward to the "River of Blood" trait and all the extra Bloodletters I would get from it. Except I noticed right away that unlike a lot of other "proc" effects that have the yellow rotating reticle around the ability icon, River of Blood does not... it just resets the cooldown and unless I'm staring at the button it's hard to tell if River of Blood has activated or not.

Is it possible with the game code to add that proc notification reticle to Bloodletter when River of Blood activates?

Admittedly, a sound effect, for instance, would be nice. That said, for the time being I'd just recommend placing an extra bar with just the Bloodletter ability attached somewhere you can easily see it. Ideally, you should probably have all your abilities within view enough to catch their CD completions or refreshes in your peripherals, looking directly at them only to compare numeric timers for CD syncs.

A sound would be nice, yeah; I personally respond really quickly to sound indicators.
At the moment I've just gotten used to always seeing my BL icon out of the corner of my eye. It gives off a small flash when it does reset due to RoB, so I just look for that.

Oh my.. a noise.. or sound effect would drive me nuts.. that procs so often. As said earlier, I'd just put the icons on a hotbar somewhere out of the way, so you can visually see when its ready.

Ummm just constantly mash the button while doing everything else - one of suggestions from the 2.x days of bard. Beyond that put anything you are looking at to proc into a big icon somewhere that you will always see it without an issue.

You can move and adjust hotbars manually and have one just for such things more in the middle of the screen.
