Would WHM be too strong with some support utility?

I've been saying it for a while...
Give Stoneskin an in-battle proc, off of whatever ability(an overcure proc, Crit cure whatever, random Stoneskin) that gives an in-combat Stoneskin 2 use. It would easy to develop for SE and it would be great to have in game. Easy fix for everyone.

Maybe not a stoneskin 2 but a free instant cast stoneskin on the tank as a proc effect is definitely a good idea in my opinion.
