Would WHM be too strong with some support utility?

I think they just need to edit Benediction so it restores all MP/TP and removes weakness.

That would give WHM more utility befitting its style.

That would actually be a really cool idea. It would also help for casual players a lot since WHM is currently the worst healer when being picked up off the floor.
