I completed it because I saw this event as a challenge from the devs, and one that not every player would accomplish. I simply wanted to be one of the players who did.

I think you always knew where I was coming from, but also are aware that is a rare perspective to have on things. So it is understandable to respond as you have.

Though I don't think I would have actually ever put my health at risk to complete yokai

I honestly didn't. But it does pay to try to understand different perspectives, so I try to keep an open mind.

So long as you had your enjoyment from it, it's not like I can't fault you for anything.
