[BUG] I can't continue my Zodiac quest.

Area and coordinates: North Shroud, Hyrstmill (x:29.5, Y:19.7)

Steps:
1. Talking to Jalzahn.
2. Selecting the option "Zodiac Weapon Recreation".
3. No window opens after his dialogue. Character can't move after that. Only hard quit heps to regain control.
