Easiest DPS class?

Honestly I find MNK to be the most straightforward and simple DPS. Positionals can be damned if your not doing any serious content. You can't really mess up a combo like you can with DRG or NIN as its the most flexible 1-2-3 in the game. As long as you hit Elixir Drive on CD and keep Dragon Kick and Twin Strike on its ezpz.

Its like Ryu From Street Fighter. Extremely easy to pick up and learn. But if you got onto mastering it You have every tool ever needed.

The monk is one of the easiest class to play.
you don't really need to pay attention on something to make a good dps.

and you just need press the buttons which glowing xD dont need to thinking about at all.

anyway the easiest dps class is WAR xD just Berserk Fell cleave all the time and keep stroms eye and fracture up thats all ^^ and even you fail on mechanics and everything who care about you are a bloody tank use CDs and you still alive no matter how bad you are playing xD tanks are the best to survive a fight.

PS: i am playing all dps class and they are all easy ;-) because you basicly dont need pay attation to any mechanics thats basicly healers/tanks job you just tunnel view on your dps and dodge thats all what dps do ^^

The easiest job to faceroll and relax with is MNK. Even if you don't try to maximize you can still hit pretty hard, and there's nothing to really keep track of. People talk up how hard GL is, but literally any combo ender refreshes it, so it shouldn't ever drop.

The downside of BRD?
-happy with your run and gun playstyle? Get ready for 180 degree game changer at level 52. either you happy or cry in the corner and change class in the next day.
-get used with the "hissssss" sound starting level 52 =P

I would look at a few Bard at max level gameplay videos and see if you still like it. Not everyone liked the Bard changes but some people did. You can always try out lots of classes and see which one you enjoy the most.
