After completing the quest for level 30 Marauder titled "Bringing Down the Mountain" you should an axe called "Spiked Steel Labrys", a weapon skill called "Butcher's Block" and your choice of some armor or three Allagan Silver Pieces.

I completed the quest and received all of the items with the exception of the axe, "Spiked Steel Labrys". I looked in my inventory and armor chest and did not have it after completing. Also, my inventory and chest was not full and I had more than enough space. I also went back to the quest giver and talked to him. He did not give it after either.
