    Static Looking for strong WHM/AST

    We are seeking a strong WHM/AST to fill our open main healer slot. Prior raid experience is highly preferred and little/no raid experience in FFXIV may be accepted should you prove your value during a trial. A trial will take place in any case.

    Times: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday from 9 PM to 11:30 EST.

    Voice: TeamSpeak communications are a requirement. GroupMe chat for external contact is also preferred - but some form of outside contact MUST be established.
    Video review is performed both during raid and post raid for the purpose of knowing when mistakes are made or unnoticed mechanics are failed to provide feedback directly to the affected member(s). FFLogs is also used to analyze raid performance and areas of potential improvement.

    If interested and want additional information, message or Friend Request Blade Fury. I will often be afk for 20 out of 24 hours a day, but I will look for messages and respond upon my return.

    Blade's group is a great group. If you're a healer and looking for a good group of people, I'd strongly recommend them.
