特にメインストーリーのシリアスな場面などのローディング画面でそういったものを出すのは絶対にやめてほしいですね。
There shouldn't be any loading screen with those type of image/tips when you're in a serious scene like main story.

現時点で想定している仕様では、エリアチェンジ時のみになります。イベントシーンなどのシリアスなシーンでTipsが出たり、シナリオに合わない画像が出るのは好ましくないと私たちも考えているため、入れる予定はありません。
With current planned set up it (loading screen) will be only applied for area change . For event scene or other serious scenes we also think it's not favorable to have tips or images not related to the scenario so we are not planning to include them.

ただし、現時点でエリアチェンジ時にかかる時間が判明していないのですが、そもそものLoading時間がものすごく短くなるのであれば、単に次のエリア名だけを表示させるなど違う演出も含めて検討を行います。
However we still are not sure how much time it will take for the actual area change, and if the loading time is going to be really low then we are looking into different things like just showing area name and such.

新生版でどれくらい速くなるかは、今後調整を行っていく部分ですのでまた進展がありましたらお知らせいたします。
We will be making adjustments to see how fast 2.0 will be so once we have more update on this, will let you know.

loadingの背景が真っ黒で殺風景な感じがするのですが今後背景を付ける予定などあるのでしょうか？
できれば１パターンではなく数パターンの背景を用意して頂けると嬉しいです。
It's kind of dull having a black loading screen, are you planning to add scenery images in the future? Would like if there are several patterns of scenery available.

以前に類似のコメントをしたことがあったか もしれませんが、新生での対応になってしまうものの、新生においてのサーバーシステムの新設計と根本的高速化により、そもそものローディング時間の短縮を 行いつつ、さらにローディング画面にTipsや画像を入れる方向で検討を進めています。

In the past we may have made similar comment but although it will be for 2.0 in 2.0's new server system structure and increased speed the actual loading time will be less at same time in the loading we are looking into adding Tips or images.
