This is a pretty straight forward topic. I was wondering if I should change my flooring, but I don't know if I should just go with riviera or oasis, or if there is a better option that you guys would suggest. What do you guys think?

OK, I just hit the 50 item limit thing, and reached a point where I can stop messing with it so much at the same time. I added four plants, Rearranged the kitchen and made it bigger, three glade lamp removed the wall shelves, added a stool, set-up a Halloween decoration, clocks, an incense burner, a sylphic cupboard, lots of glade furniture, a moogle rug, and a stuffed moogle. And, that's everything... I think... The wallpaper and floors, and dyes are the only things I have left to do. Especially, the floors...
OK, I took both lights on and off photos. Enjoy!
I think it turned out cute! What do you guys think?
imo I like my floors to be a solid color (brown, white, or stone) so the rest of the color from the furniture-such as the ton couch, wall lamps, and plushies- blend in and look right at home.
What you have now is actually really upbeat and cute. I wouldn't recommend changing it unless you want to loose a bit of that "bright" color. But also keep in mind that maybe dying the furniture to match or compliment the surrounding shouldn't hurt :3
Woah there friendo
Let's calm it down
That's far too busy for both the wallpaper and flooring for me personally, but if you like it then keep it. It's your space and should be how you enjoy it.![]()
Riviera would blend nice with the walls
But like the others said, go with what you think looks good^^
For me personally, it would be too busy the way it is right now. I like letting the furniture shine by keeping the ground and walls somewhat basic.
The walls are really cute though, and since there aren't many wallmounted furniture pieces, keeping a wallpaper with a pattern is nice
But the floor being so "wild" too, is just too much for my taste.
I personally dislike the color yellow... But honestly I think Riviera wood floors would do very good with those walls!Choose what you feel comfortable with!
I normally dislike yellow as well, however, recently finishing the chocobo house I have dabbled with a variety of the colors you have chosen to bring the theme indoors.
For me personally I do find the floor way too busy , the walls are dominant enough imo. I used country flooring with my chocobo wallpaper and it looks pretty good, I found the regular wood varieties a tad too dark this time round. I normally never use any floor that is busy like the one you have shown.
But you have to go with whatever you prefer though, home decorating is very personal, there is never right or wrong, depends totally on your own taste.
have fun!!![]()
♥ MORE HIGH HEELS + INSTANCED HOUSING! ♥!
I actually like the cute and bright look. I would dye everything you can to match tonberry pink to add more colors.
Alternatively use a Riviera flooring to match the walls.
A dark wood flooring like the Glade Flooring would be better. Busy walls with busy flooring make it hard on the eyes. The dark wood will go with the woodwork that is on your walls. On the other hand, you could always go with light flooring too I guess since your wallpaper is yellow, but no patterns.
Hey guys! I gave the riviera flooring a try but it was too bland for my tastes. So, I used the oasis flooring which I think makes a good in between the previous flooring and the riviera. What do you guys think?
The pictures are below the quotes.

I haven't tried glade yet, but I 'll get around to it sometime.A dark wood flooring like the Glade Flooring would be better. Busy walls with busy flooring make it hard on the eyes. My corner couch is undyeable, but Thank You. I really like it too, but it's just way too busy.
I wish I could do it for the bedroom or kitchen though.
If I could dye the walls pink I would. I can agree with pretty much everything you said.I normally dislike yellow as well, however, recently finishing the chocobo house I have dabbled with a variety of the colors you have chosen to bring the theme indoors.

Tell me about it. The Monk's yellow gear is such a terrible color.
I think so too.Riviera would blend nice with the walls

I agree. I really love the upbeat look but the colors of the flooring I feel are way too much. Especially, due to its size. I think it would better in the larger plots with large rugs or with simpler furnishings. But, I would honestly keep it as is if it wasn't just so super colorful and was composed with different colors of varnish instead. I just love the pattern though!

If you want to go super-pink, I would suggest this flooring with it:
