    And a product people pay for should absolutely be open to feedback, that's how you make a product better. Not simply here is your sandwich, hope your don't mind Bologna and Swiss cheese. Oh, you'd prefer American cheese? Too bad. It's what we made for you, shut up and eat it.

    It, is, a, final, boss. It's supposed to be a challenge. It's supposed to be the thing that you've been working towards for the entire alexander series. An epic boss fight that you have to put in actual effort to clear. Stop trying to make it less epic, i repeat, PEOPLE LIKE YOU ARE RUINING THE GAME.

    And for the love of god, STOP throwing the word casual around. I am viewed as a casual player because I dont get to play every single day, and I dont constantly grind for the highest item level. But I still want a challenge. You do not speak for all of the casual players. Stop assuming you're some voice for the casuals, because honestly you've pissed a lot of 'casuals' off with this thread.

    How about you learn to read and not be so dramatic? I never called for it to be nerfed into the ground to faceroll status. My initial statement was it seems a **BIT** overtuned.

    It initially started with you saying it was a bit overtuned, but where you really started drawing the attention of everyone is the wording you used throughout the rest of the thread. Trying to shove anyone that wants to be challenged into Savage mode. Things can be challenging without being Savage level challenging. Just because I dont want a super easy fight, doesnt mean that we want savage level difficulty...

    And yes, im being dramatic. I've watched whats happened to the fights in this game. I've watched what became of Steps of Faith, which used to be fun and challenging, and got nerfed into oblivion.. I've seen them release content like Hullbreaker Isle (Hard) and Void Ark that had almost no strategy or challenge involved, and then as soon as they start releasing content thats actually challenging, people rally for it to be changed or altered..

    It happened with Weeping City
    It happened with Nidhogg
    It's now happening with Alex

    Nerfs didnt happen with weeping city or nidhogg, and i'm praying they dont happen here. So I may be being dramatic.. But I know the outcome of this "little bit of downtuning". square enix wont downtune it a little, they'll downtune it a lot. Because you start a thread asking for a tiny little adjustment, and it gets filled with people whining and complaining that they cant clear it easily when its been out for a week. Those people complaining get louder and louder and eventually we have Steps of Faith v.2

    So the ones in favor of keeping it exactly the same have to be loud as well, or we'll get drowned out by all the whining complaints.

    You said as a paying customer, you deserve to give your feedback, and i'm giving mine as well. They need to stop lowering the difficulty on things. The playerbase is dropping because everyone is bored and not being challenged. You may not have directly wanted nerfs, but you unintentionally opened the door to it with this thread.

    Just wait a little bit for everyone to learn the fight. The challenge will poof, and healers (and everyone else) will breeze through it without any hitches.

    Speaking as a casual non-raider, A12N is pretty easy really. It's honestly pretty easy to SwO or Deliv tank if you have a decent grasp of cooldown usage and rotations. About the only time I stay in tank stance is if I see the healers starting to fall behind.

    Some just dont get the Source of the Problem!

    SE never learned to make dynamic fights, to increase difficulty they just add AoE, field wide damage, debuffs ala burning or ONESHOTS...
    Thats just cheap static programming artificial increasing difficult and doesnt make fun playing through!
    The source are the game mechanics itself and not the content.
    Look at new 2016 games and compare, its not hard to create better mechanics but they finally have to change combat system a bit - there is no other way!

    Its not even been a week. Some people take longer to learn than others, and if you ask for stuff to be nerfed all the time, the game will never get any meaningful content.

    Yes its a story mode, but its not a boss is going to just auto attack and do nothing mode.

    Took about 9 attempts through 2 groups for A12 because the fight demands competent healers. And frustration is calmly giving your healers advice, not getting hit by any avoidable damage yourself, Mind Rending, not using Blood for Blood, using potions, and Mana Turreting only to have your healers wiping the fight each time. But hey, maybe it's in part because I'm playing a class with shit defense and no defensive cooldowns save a Parry up that wouldn't help.

    One of the 4 stood out a lot for me, and you see no-one claiming the first two should be made harder. It's only when you ask something be made easier do people get this upset.
