Ya kicking for AFK is just retarded. There are many reasons to AFK or why someone would be AFK.

Plus the server should be able to handle this, atm it doesnt because the servers suck but they will in future.

As for retainers, sure I will use one if I could spawn the fucking thing in any of the wards but nope half of them are full of retainers selling nothing.

As for queues, I'm on Besaid, its pretty popular, not once since release have I ever been in a queue.

If you get DC's and you log on and in a queue, it is likely the server crashed and everyone else got kicked too and now you are all rushing to get back on, but you are the only crying baby out of the other 58 people to come and bitch about it.
