Steps:
1. I was crafting a Heavy Metal War Axe using 3 Heavy Metal Ingots (High Quality), 1 Teak Lumber (High Quality), 1 Scintallant Ingot (High Quality), 2 Saurian Leather (Normal Quality), 4 Battlecraft Demimateria III, and 5 Demicrystals. I was not using any crafting macros.

8. I had paused my Flawless Synthesis before the stacks from Maker's Mark expired to calculate how many I would need to succeed at in order to be able to complete my planned craft based on my rotation for increasing quality, and the screen went black, and I received a Code 90001 error
9. I attempted to log back in, but it took several minutes (the game said I was still logged in), but when I was able to get back in, I was out of crafting and had lost all my materials.

Please note:
These materials represented a considerable output of time, gil (at least 600,000 gil), and Allagan Tomestones of Lore (750) to acquire, and with my limited playtime, it will take me several weeks to be able to replace it all, at which point I may no longer need the item I was trying to craft. This has been extremely discouraging to me, as I had expended most of my saved-up currency and materials for this task.
