I've updated the second post with Saber's adjusted macro. Its the best Mume approach I've seen and tested myself for four star crafting. The adjustments are spot on. I included two "dynamic" steps in the macro in order to make it work correctly for non specialist classes, and to consume "good/excellent" procs just before the final Byregot's Blessing (which could otherwise result in consumption of a poor" which we don't want to occur during a macro.

Might be good to add a macro for HQ'ing the aspected items?

Good question. I glanced at this but didn't actually break it down yet as I haven't tried any. Personally I've done some pretty weird things in the past to do these items. I think the simplest way without set rotation is to MaMa Whistle them. Unless you get bad rng you'll push through. But I'll take a glance at this when I have some time.

Hmm. I must have missed something. The only Aspected items I remember are the repair recipes that repair dungeon drops from places like Sunken Temple of Qarn. I used Flawless Synthesis to get through those recipes while leveling my crafters in those levels (30's) but are there higher ones that would actually need a MuMe or MaMa rotation for?

The Endless Expanse (bis ex) weapons are wind-aspected, Dead Hive (ravana ex) are fire-aspected

The rotation I linked on the previous page should do them no problem (note they don't really need to be HQ as they're just glamour anyways)

    Control vs Craftsmanship

Hey, just getting into crafting after a year break, and came here reading up on rotations, breakpoints, etc. Something I seem to notice is everyone talk's about Rath's rotation with different craftsmanship breakpoints. And CP has always been awesome.

So... if I'm trying to meld my gear right now, and debating on some items what to prioritize (i.e. more craftsmanship vs control on things like chest, MH, OH..), my old school mentality use to think control > craft, but no one talks about control at all. So is it craft > control? At least if I'm not sure what breakpoints are.

Just trying ot figure out what I should meld in the non-maxable items without breaking my bank (just getting back into crafting, so I can't afford to pentameld all Vs).

Get barely enough Craftsmanship to hit the breakpoint of your choosing, then max out control - this usually means max melding left & right side things that are easily capped without grade V overmelds, and sacrificing a few points of control if you don't wanna overmeld Vs, then flex-melding your tools to suit your needs if needed

The simulator algorythm is not working properly with Ingenuity II. So in the game your buffed Careful Synthesis II will be stronger than on the simulator, completing the craft.
