    Fan Fest Item Code not being accepted

    Bought my live stream, got my item code.

    When I enter the code in Mogstation I get an "incorrect code" error. Have the codes not been added to Mogstation yet, or is something not working? Yes, I do understand I will not receive the ingame tokens until 16 Oct, but it doesn't hurt to redeem now so that I don't have to go searching through emails for the code later.

    Yea.. was about to say o.0 on my end too. Since I see it says will be delivered Oct 16th on Moogle mail. Tho would be nice to be able to enter the code in now. >.<
