But here's a different way of looking at it. Instead of
Raise: Before -> After
No status -> Weakness
Weakness -> Brink of Death
Brink of Death -> Brink of Death
we get
LB3: Before -> After
No status -> No status
Weakness -> Weakness
Brink of Death -> Brink of Death
So basically, LB3 raises everyone without changing their status, but it does still count as a raise, so the timers restart.
