If you logged into Cleeng with a Facebook account, the email was sent to the email you used on your FB account.

I read that some people did this and then realised that the email they used for their FB account is no longer active and can't get to their codes. So please, be careful with that.

I am having an issue with redeeming my code. I bought my access shortly before the Livestream began in the 14th. When I tried to enter my code (keep in mind this was AFTER Fanfest had started, on the afternoon of the 14th) I get an error message saying that the code has already been used. I have tried entering it several times after that, always with the same message.

I found another thread (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...86#post3900086) where there are a couple of other people having the same problem who purchased the live stream shortly before it began. Anyone else having the issue?

I dont have it, but I recommend you contact SE and see what they can do for you. Aslong as you can proof that you bought the Livestream fee, you should be fine.
