So there are many worlds...who's to say Minfillia won't bring back the Viera from the world we know as Ivalice...
Is it possible? What do you think?

No? Because it was stated, officially, that Eorzea has no connection to any other Final Fantasy world except though names used as homage to the franchise?

Going by the special event fates and references; FFXI- Vana'diel, FFXII- Ivalice, FF13- Gran Pulse, FF3 & 6 - Unnamed, FF9 -Gaia. All other worlds Gilgamesh has been to. While the idea of this being the source world make sense to explain those cross title things. I'm more to the leaning of there just being 13 or 14 variant copies of the source world. With the WoD story ending some time between the end of 1.0 and the intro to 2.0. That would more likely match to why they had to be brought in during the 3.0 story line.
No. The 13 worlds are reflections of Eorzea, not other Final Fantasy worlds. Other FF worlds like Vana'diel also have numerous parallel versions of themselves. All FF worlds however, ARE connected through the Void (unclear if the 13th world "Void" is the same Void) and can be traveled to via the Interdimensional Rift. This is how Gilgamesh, Shantotto, Lightning and Iroha ended up in Eorzea.
My understanding of the metaphysics of Ivalice would indicate that its not really compatible with FF14's.
More to the point, we actually seem to have locations on Hydaelyn that share names with places in Ivalice, so I expect a more direct referencing without it actually being connected.
That said, it doesn't rule out Viera, just that I don't see them coming from the actual Ivalice.
A shame the live letter topic (for 2.2, if I recall) that specifically mentions Ivalice and Vana'diel having no relations to XIV's world has disappeared (either months or a year or so ago).
