But you're not locked in, you can leave at anytime. Anyone can leave the dungeoun if it doesn't meet their fanciful dreams where we all get on a voip together, say our hellos, explain every fight in length to make sure we all understand the easiest boss mechanics in any content, and distribute loot in a fair manner, and say our goodbyes to each other, never to be heard from again. If you don't like the people, take your 30 minutes or deal with the way people are., Or maybe you can just que with your friends, if you two have any..

shots fired, and things like this is why I stay to smaller servers in MMO's, like Malboro. Everyone knows each other and we're all pretty nice, I mean yeah we have our share of not so nice individuals but other than that it's a pretty great community of people.
