4 ppl party Dungeons are plain, there is only one path to the boss, they arent even exploratory.
The boss fights are the only thing that changes and represents challenge.
I dont mind to learn by trial and error.

Tips are welcome but not mandatory.
What i consider wrong its being really silent all the way. Some people dont say hello or good bye.

    Cmon its common courtesy

The same thing happened through the whole instance. Not 1 word of pre-boss info to me. At the end I said ty and reminded them to maybe say few words at bosses for a while as it's new to help new people aclimate. I received a 3-word response from one guy, "That was obvious."
That's the problem right there, is how it started off with the one person saying something as simple as "Not Our first time", and then saying nothing. There is no clear and cut answer to the entire situation. Of course I still stand by what I say with those who act like this in instances. Just the way it can be handled varies. Some enjoy going in blind, some enjoy a few tips that might have been major problems for previous runs and others enjoy having it explained to them for their own reasons.

I guess looking at it from both the new and ones who have already done it, maybe one expects the other to say something. This isn't a bad way of thinking, since both ways happen all the time. I've had some where the new person states they're new, or someone who isn't stops at the boss and decides to explain. The moment we assume, it weighs in favor of being in for a bad time. Them saying it was obvious, maybe it was for them. For me doing that one there are things I wasn't aware of until I finished doing it about three times because someone just handles it. On the opposite end, I needed to be the one to ask the question if no one says anything. Which I ended up doing, and now I know something others think is obvious.

Though that is a common suggestion in the runs I've done, it's not the only one. Then again, that's me because I know I needed help on explanations for certain things. Then again, my ability to comprehend isn't quick enough for some. That's a bottleneck the we as a group need to work around on.

This is true, also most people are not good at giving criticism or helping others handle those failures. We need to accept that we are going to mess up, and if our preference is to go in blind (which is perfectly fine) then there needs to be a compromise. The new person needs to show some way of being able to advance and adjust further after a wipe or a mess up. Whether it is on their own or someone explaining at the start or mid-fight. At the same time those who know the fights need to understand that these people can wipe and it's a progression thing.

I'll admit, I've caught myself saying to myself "why can't they do this? it's so easy?" just to have my own Jiminy Cricket pop up on my shoulder (using the voice of Harvey Fierstein because the mans voice calms me down) and explains to me why they can't, and why I couldn't at one point.

Would you play volleyball or go bowling with your team and never speak? Your analogy is flawed...

but thats a team, people in a video game dungeoun are people I only work with for 15-30 minutes, and then I never see them again. Why do I need to say hello, and why do I need to explain mechanics to people. I like to believe everyone can see the things going on around them and change their play according. I like to believe that not everyone is total trash, and doesn't need tips or hints to beat things... but the forums has proven me wrong before, and shown me that people can't pick up basic concepts...

I don't, but if I got locked in a room with three strangers for 30 minutes I would definitely say something to them...

But you're not locked in, you can leave at anytime. Anyone can leave the dungeoun if it doesn't meet their fanciful dreams where we all get on a voip together, say our hellos, explain every fight in length to make sure we all understand the easiest boss mechanics in any content, and distribute loot in a fair manner, and say our goodbyes to each other, never to be heard from again. If you don't like the people, take your 30 minutes or deal with the way people are., Or maybe you can just que with your friends, if you two have any..

If you are under the misguided misconception that you have "friends" (unless they are r/l ones), in an MMO you need a reality check...
