What is it with Sensitive People and Raids?

The answers to this, for everyone, are simple: be the change you want to see. And keep it simple. Want advice on a run? Ask for it. Don't want advice? Let the party know you're new but want to try it for yourself. Don't be afraid to communicate. And leave your cynicism at the door. Was your last party toxic? I'm sorry. If the next instance doesn’t have the same party as before, don't act or treat them as if it were. Don't attack someone giving advice in old content, especially if no one else has bothered to speak up. Similarly, don't forget you were once new. We're all new every 3 months or so.

Be the kind of player you would want to party with, and you'll be amazed how easily you find exactly that.

I cannot remember the last time anyone took the time to explain to a party even when they know there are new people, but also I have seen lots of tanks that just get in without knowing the fight and hope for the best. I always start as a bard just to make sure I do not mess up real bad since I have no real knoweledge of the fight then I will switch to tank and try and help as much as possible, but yeah no communication is a very big part of today's raid state of affairs.

Creator and any other raid in particular at close to minimum iLv is SUPPOSED TO BE A CHALLENGE.
