Comparatively no the harp is a small attachment, the blade is a big attachment,

at least a gun and a sword are both weapons.
for the bow-harp, the bow is a weapon and the harp... well... an instrument.
could also glue a cooking pot to an Axe and provide your party with tasty meals during fight.

the harp doesnt change the combat style of the class in question,

doing buffs with a Bard instead of damage-only with an Archer doesn't change the combat style?

the only question would be - if musketeer class would have a gunblade job, what the role for party play would be. probably increased damage by combining range attacks and close combat.
