    I could see the corsair job quest involving a rowdy bunch of sky pirates raiding an empire airship and you being stuck in the middle of it somehow. At the end of your test of metal, you would be accepted and recognized as a corsair.

    As I was writing this post some more ideas came to mind ^_^.

    Class: SeeD

    Weapon: Gunblade

    Role: Damage, Support

    Abilities:

    Rough Divide: Charges and hits the enemy. (Can knockback the enemy)

    Fated Circle: Swirls the gunblade around, thus causing a shockwave hits all enemies within a set distance.

    Blasting Zone: Loads a high explosive round in the gunblade. Jumps back a distance and fires it deals aoe damage to the enemies. (Lowers Defense)

    Draw: Used to siphon magic from the many enemies the party faces.

    Cast: Auto-Use the spell you are about to draw.

    Store: Used to place the magic you drew out of the enemies into a special round.

    Special Rounds: Uses a special round. (Number of special rounds is based on character level and weapon. Can be used to buff allies, debuff or damage enemies.)

    Limit Break: Lionheart ^_-

    What other abilities do you all think there should be?

    Definitely need to get the FF series back to it's roots and the gunblade is one thing I would like to see.
    Like the Barrett class. Which I would also really like to see.

    i'm not sure if i get your point here.

    but if you mean that everyone would play the gunblade class, you should compare the likes of post #1 and #2.
    i'm fairly sure that there will be enough people who set their priority to other classes.

    Maybe one day if SE males garlemald an accessible area. But then again, you probly have as much chance of them making gunblades for you as i do with them making automatons for me XD
