I thought downranking was cool and "strategic" in WoW too. I raged when they got rid of it. It didn't turn out so bad.

downranking was pointless. By them changing it in this game they make room for more spells in the long run instead of the same spells part 1 2 3 4 5 and a few others glittered in as you go.
