    you have to design him with support skills that help a team, a lot of which will be less useful when you are solo.
    so what are his solo skills? how much more difficult is it going to be to get con from 1-20 with comparitively low offensive skills.

    thm just use scourge and banish? but they also used cure/sacrifice stygian spikes spiritsong profundity protect shell stoneskin bloodrite. these were all skills available before level 13. but now, you cant do that low level.

    at 13 you can use 2 cross class abilities. what is a new thm going to pick, hes going to have to lose a lot of survivability. Now con might have magic, but with only 15 abilities total? where is the room for it? something has to give.

    So now, low level you are highly specialized, when that is the time you will probably need the most versatility.

    1. Wall (there's Protect and Shell together)
    2. Stoneskin
    3. Cure
    4. Esuna
    5. Holy (astral DD spell)
    6. . . .Un-holy? (Umbral DD spell)
    7. Soughspeak
    8. Raise
    9. Sleep
    10. . . .

    So, yeah, maybe I'm missing something, but that seems to cover the essentials. . .

    I'd guess you're missing the spells that make Conjurer, you know, an Elementalist? Conjurer is not the White Mage, White Mage is...

    I have a bad feeling reducing it down to only 15 spells is going to be a problem.

    THM is the class required for Black Mage, this is true. But show me where the Developers said THM is getting the elemental spells. They've already made clear that they're not making major changes to the skills granted to either class.

    Yoshi-P stating that they "will not alter the fundamentals of each class" is not clear? The elemental spells of the Conjurer known for its ties to the elements and being an elementalist sound pretty fundamental to me.

    Okay, remove the astral/umbral spells an add in one for each element. That's only 13 spells. What are the other two, and what's the next one that puts you at 16/15?
