I say bird because I don't know what they actually are... I'm sure FFXIv has like 50 names for them throughout the game like they do with every monster in this game, lmao.

I don't think Ekindu was any kind of god though, if you've done the new Xelphatol dungeon you'll have found a bunch of them trying to blow you up, so they don't seem to be any sort of godly being or anything, just birds.

Also take into account that GREG is several years old, is a demigod entity of sorts, a weaponsmith of weapons, and has all that Enkidu was memorized in his heart to the point with just crystals he called back his friend through sheer willpower and that the Primal apparition itself was benevolent and loyal to GREG.

Oh he didn't run into a green chicken. He painted the chicken green himself.

The summoned Tsanahale is what I was referring to, had to gut FFXIV databases to find that, lol.

Now that you said it, its quite strange that it was Titan that got summoned...especially since we learned that the primals are not the real deal but images made up by the believers. I mean that was the whole point about Shiva and Iceheart. I also found the teleportation a bit strange..the old rule was that it takes time and concentration to teleport and yet the WoD, the twins and others could instant teleport away..so maybe they sometimes are forgetting their own lore a little?

And I agree with Nerisu, I was really hoping that he would sacrifice himself for the parents, thus showing everyone that they are not necessary bad. But I was disappointed in the whole fight, Yoshida said that it would be a new way and that he liked how they done it..and yet it was just Titan HM with some dialog change.

I totally forgot to read the dialogue, now it's lost in time and space, lmao. Poor choice making dialogue change when i'm busy trying not to die on titan, lol.

He was summoned because a Kobold was crying out for help and Titan, Lord of Crags, God of Kobolds, Father to his people, was all ready to go. Literally was about to summoned just before we burst in.
He might be just a monster to be killed to us, but to the Kobolds Titan is God.

Enkidu doesn't really count, I mean Hildy falls hundreds of feet face first into the ground and just shrugs it off. I'm not sure anything in that storyline is meant to be taken seriously as far as the lore is concerned.

Ga Bu said earlier in the quest that he loved Titan as well. He summoned Titan to help him because he was in distress because Titan is his god and he's the deity he turned to for help. He wasn't trying to summon his parents. He was summoning anything that might help him, and inadvertently he summoned Titan and transferred his own mind into the primal(notice he fell unconscious as soon as Titan appeared and then woke up after we defeated him and Titan was speaking exactly as the kid was). There's absolutely no reason to think he wanted to summon his parents so I don't see what the issue is.
